About Me
Central to my psychotherapy practice is the ethical principle of beneficence; the well-being and mental health of the clients in my practice are paramount. My mission is to provide a secure, confidential, and non-judgmental space for adults aged over 17 to engage in an exploratory journey of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. With the convenience of online therapy, my services are accessible to clients regardless of location.

My fee for each session is £55.00. I also offer concession rates for students.
I believe that all individuals should have access to resources that can improve their mental health. While psychotherapy may not be accessible to everyone, I am in the process of creating a page that will include an Art and Resources section. Check back soon for updates.
