I believe that each individual is unique and that no single theory is sufficient to address all of their needs.
Utilising multiple theoretical approaches, including psychodynamic and humanistic, I provide a tailored treatment plan for each client. My goal is to support you in gaining a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and to develop strategies to manage your symptoms whilst uncovering the root of any issues.

Additionally, I also offer mindfulness-based techniques and refer to other mind-body interventions to promote emotional regulation and stress reduction. The environment I provide is safe, confidential and empathic. I respect your autonomy and will go at a pace to suit you.
